Marginal sessions by instruments

Utility allows to set up margin value for certain instruments taken in specified time.
For example it is possible to increase margin before market being closed for weekend or befor news being published.
Feature of setting up margin change by timetable or by bind to trading session set in MT4 is available. For example - increase of margin 5 minutes before closing last trading session in a day.
